These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CarePlanPro care management platform and related services available at icarepro.co.uk (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts are provided to authorised staff and administrators of a care organisation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
The care organisation is the data controller for personal and care data entered into the Service and is responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and appropriate use of that data. We act as a data processor providing the platform. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding data you enter), is owned by CarePlanPro and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required to protect the Service or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling on termination follows the applicable agreement with your organisation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
